System Change, Advocacy, and Rights Symposium (SCARS)
Were you in the Manitoba CFS System? Want to help improve the system?
On August 11-14 young people in and from care ages 15-29 are invited to attend the Systems Change, Advocacy and Rights Symposium (SCARS).
This free event is for people 15-29 years old who are currently in or have exited the CFS system in Manitoba.
Connect with your peers. Learn important tools for systems change. Present to government about the changes you would like CFS to make.
Our free event includes: meals, transportation costs, hotel room, activities and Elder and adult supports. If you require child care, we also have options for that.
