Manitoba’s Youth in Care Network began in 1995. After a bit of ‘placement bouncing’ (on our own, under MacDonald Youth Services, then moved to the Office of the Children’s Advocate), Voices was brought under the stewardship of BGC Winnipeg in January, 1998.
On April 1st, 2026, Voices will be under the stewardship of General Child and Family Service Authority.
